Longing

In depths I did exist
I did roam free
Upon the sea
There did you
Find and capture me
And now
Without  your melodies
I cannot breath
Without your verities
I cannot live

Behold since you
Did bring me here
Release me when
My time is near
I long for home
I long for peace
I long my spirit
To release upon
The timeless shores
Of eras before

Atlantis still exists
Beneath the sea
But it is hidden
From you and me
That we mere mortals
By Maya enslaved
Might not destroy
The only thing
That still remains
Our last escape
